Stone Villas – European Quality with Local Prices
Our villas are built by skeleton reinforced concrete with thermal insulated terracotta blocks and full reinforced concrete floor and roof plates, respecting all EU standards in terms of sound, thermal and hydro isolation.
The finishing's of the facade are cut, crushed stone and carved trim with a thickness of 5 -15 cm, because of the speed and cost-cutting measure of facades, is it done by SIP's (Structural Insulated Panel) thickness of 5 cm and final waterproof facades are coated with stone edges.
Roofing is of traditional red Mediterranean tile.
The finishing layers of the interior walls are hand or mechanical plaster of natural local materials, lime, cement and sand.
Floors: Concrete slabs with hydro, thermal and sound insulation covered with natural materials of wood, refined or polished stone, marble or ceramic tiles.
External and internal joinery material is of natural wood, aluminium, or a combination of these two materials with the window shutters being of the same material.
Baths: large selection of Italian, Spanish and Local tiles
Furniture and kitchens are bespoke by our own manufacturing company.
